Player Transfers
It is possible to make transfers between players via the cashier menu. All transfers are manually checked and, if deemed acceptable, processed within a twelve hour waiting period. Please note that to prevent the possibility of collusion players who transfer or receive funds from other players will not be able to play at the same ring game or single table tournament together. In addition, your first player transfer transaction may be subject to an additional security check.
To initiate the transfer, log into your account, go to [My Account] and select [Player Transfer]. Enter the amount, Nickname (of recipient), your email address and any comments. You will also be required to re-enter your password as an added security measure. Click the [Transfer Money] button and a member of our team will verify the transaction within 12 hours. If we need any additional information, we will contact you via email.
