For security reasons WinPoker has the right to ask players to provide official documents to prove that they are the rightful account holder. Documents that may be required include: a copy of the front and back of the player's registered credit card, a verified identification card, a confirmation deposit form or proof of address. Please be aware that we may ask for these documents when you make your first withdrawal. This will be a once-off occurrence, and is a security measure implemented to protect our players' accounts from fraudulent activities.

Players using Playtech's software can be assured that the game includes an intricate suite of analysis tools used extensively by the Collusion Detection Team. These tools, together with trained observers and surveillance executives, ensure that players colluding with each other will face the appropriate legal punishments.

If you are considering cheating, let it be known that we are watching you, and we will have no hesitation in excluding you from the game, disclosing your name to other operators and turning you over to the appropriate authorities. This is our zero tolerance policy and it will be strictly enforced, although we understand that the game involves complex playing patterns. An 'innocent until proven guilty' policy will be applied with all collusion cases.
