Withdrawals at WinPoker
At WinPoker we take great pride in our commitment to processing player withdrawals faster than any other operator in the industry.
To initiate a withdrawal, please log into your account and select [my account] from the menu. A new window will open allowing you to select the [withdrawal] menu. When making a withdrawal it is important to remember that you must first withdraw using the method you deposited. All withdrawals are held for a short period of time before being processed, and you will receive a confirmation email containing the transaction information. At any time during this period you may reverse the funds back into your account. This is just one of the many added security measures we have in place to protect our players and their money.
Increasing Deposit/Withdrawal Limits
To increase your deposit and withdrawal limits we require proof of identification as listed below. Again, this is to protect our players' assets and maintain our utmost integrity, as well as for regulatory compliance. All information will remain confidential and your information will never be shared or made accessible to third parties.
You may scan the relevant documents in (please ensure all edges are shown on the scan) and email them to support@winpoker.com
1. Proof of Identity
A copy of your passport or identity card.
2. Proof of Payment Method
A clear copy of your credit or debit card(s).
OR
A screenshot of your e-wallet account (e.g. Moneybookers or NETELLER) where it is clear that you have previously made deposits to us.
3. Proof of Address
A copy of a recent bank statement or utility bill showing your name and residential address. The date of the statement/bill must be no more than 3 months old.
